BLM protests have continued in New York City over the death of serial offender Jordan Neely.

At one protest, a man brags about being a convicted murderer. He is Donald Curtis, who calls himself Comrade Don Curtis. He describes himself as founder, president & director of the Unified Black Caucus.

He made a cellphone video later that night showing himself with BLM activists blocking the Manhattan Bridge.
