DeSoto ISD Middle School cancelled school for March 11th following violence that occurred on Wednesday, March 9th. Students and substitute teacher were videotaped hurling chairs at each other. School officials say they will spend the day “reviewing safety measures.”
DeSoto is a majority Black suburb of Dallas. Violence at DeSoto public schools has become common.

I remember De Soto as a nice little suburb back in the 1980’s. After leaving the Dallas area, I had little contact with friends in De Soto. Truly sad what is happening. It could be an IQ thing, but I don’t know.
