National Conservative broke this story on Twitter last evening.
Jaia Cruz is accused of stabbing Ray Hodges, a 36-year-old mailman, to death. Hodges was at a bodega/deli on his lunch break.
Cruz has a Twitter account publicly identifying as “trans” and “ts.” The account can conclusively be connected to the suspect because Cruz is wearing the same hoodie on the Twitter account that is seen in the media’s arrest photos. Cruz is 6’4″ and has an extremely narrow pelvis for a woman, especially a woman that tall. Cruz has video clips clearly showing breast implants. However, all the videos are taken at an angle that would conceal the existence of an Adam’s apple.
Many large monetized accounts claimed to have scoops but were posting their own theories as alleged facts with no sources. Some people claimed Cruz would be housed in a men’s jail.
We first broke the story that Cruz had been classified as “female.” Then we continued to monitor the NYC Department of Corrections website until they listed which jail Cruz was placed in. National Conservative was also the first to report that Jaia Cruz was placed in the women’s only jail on Rikers Island.
The New York Post claims that Cruz is a habitually violent offender with recent previous arrests. However, the Post alleges that Cruz is a real woman. Alvin J. Cruz has repeatedly alleged on Twitter that Jaia Cruz’s real name is Alvin J. Cruz. However, he has not provided any source for this or explained how he allegedly knows this.
My comment concerning Cruz, the 6’4″ transsexual who has been placed in a woman’s prison: “Ms.” Cruz and all other transsexual women, do you still have a penis and testicles? If you do, you pose a great threat to all women. You pose a threat even if they’ve been surgically removed, but if you still have your junk, you pose an even greater threat. In order to be housed with captive women, it needs to be an absolute must for those body parts to be GONE. You’ll have a lot fewer transsexual women requesting to be placed in a woman’s prison if that is an absolute requirement. Same requirement for participating in female sports. That’ll put an end to a lot of this nonsense.
