Sacramento Insider has obtained detailed information on Sacramento robberies and rapes through FOIR. For each incident, it shows the race of the victim and the race of all known suspects.
Blacks commit robberies at astronomical rates compared to all other races. While Blacks are listed at 12.6% on the US census, they are responsible for 65.1% of reported robberies with a known suspect during the last 3.5 year period.
All four groups target Whites the most often.
