Jaquoya Wix, 34, stabbed to death in unprovoked hate crime attack during her lunch break at Chipotle in Detroit, MI.
Police are withholding the suspect’s name and Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield blamed “mental health issues.”
The victim identifies as an American Indian.
