July 14th “road rage” shooting victim Thomas Heckathorn Jr., 58, has died of his wounds.
Police say Todd Wiley, 30, got out of his car in a 0% Black census tract of Erie, PA and fired 14 rounds at Heckathorn, who was on a moped.
