Dawood Faisal allegedly killed Cara Trager while doing donuts and driving 75 in a 35 on 5/25/26.
NYC classifies mugshots saying they stigmatize the races that disproportionately commit crime. They listed him as Asian/Pacific Islander.
He name is most common in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
