Caregiver originally only charged with neglect and assault, Marlo Wallace, now charged with 1st degree murder in Dallas, NC. Vera Williams charged with lesser crimes.
Investigators say they beat and intentionally starved Aaliyah Fortner, 23, a severely autistic woman, last Oct.
