Contra Costa County, CA refused to lock him up!
Police say career criminal Marcos Iriarte-Valdez, 36, was arrested for violating his house arrest on 8/5. Then released on a PR bond the next day!
Hours after being released, he allegedly stabbed Todd Stewart, 68, to death.
Police say there is no known connection between Marcos Iriarte-Valdez and Todd Stewart.
