Two days ago, US Marshal Michael Hanson was murdered while apprehending a fugitive habitual sex offender in Alexandria, LA.
Clarence Frazier Jr was charged with raping a disabled person in 2024. Despite already being a convicted sex offender, he was aggressively coddled, granted bond, and then never showed up for court.
