El Salvadoran national Axel Chavez, 23, allegedly murdered James Witten, 71, in West Point, UT, while Witten took out his trash. Racial motive likely.
Police say Chavez just decided it would be fun to murder him as he drove by.
No mugshot because Utah Republicans banned their release, claiming they stigmatize certain racial groups.
