Indian foreign student Anshul Kuncha murdered while delivering pizzas to a housing project in Philadelphia.
Cops say it was a premeditated ambush robbery murder by “two people” in a 65% Black census tract. Eventually, Sincere Camps, 14, was named as the gunman.
