Modou Ngom is a Senegalese immigrant with a long history of driving problems and causing wrecks. However, he obtained a CDL using a fake identity. He wrecked a semi-truck in 2024 and it wasn’t added to his record because of fraud.
He was allegedly driving a semi-truck recklessly and slammed into multiple cars.
