Police say Abraham Feinbloom, 51, was about to flee to Thailand when arrested for murdering T’Neya Tovar, 17, who left a group home on 12/1/25.
Tovar’s leg was discovered at Salton Sea State Park, CA.
Feinbloom was charged with kidnapping in 2018, but never prosecuted.
