Wanderlin Mateo and Darlin Sanchez, both 18, and Angelic Encarnacion, 23, were each charged Friday with murder, manslaughter, attempted robbery and gun possession.
NYC censors mugshots claiming the stigmatize certain races. The New York Department of Corrections left their race blank.
However, they are from the Dominican Republic.
