Career violent criminal Kevin Andrews, 35, already paralyzed from a gang shooting, allegedly shot two Stone Mountain, GA, police officers in an unprovoked hate crime.
Officer Pradeep Tamang, 25, an immigrant from Bhutan, was killed.
Officer David Reed was seriously injured.
