Andrew Meismer, a 16-year-old White male, died from his wounds after being stabbed in the neck with scissors at Ross S. Sterling High School (19% White) in Baytown, TX.
The suspect is habitually violent problem student Aundre Matthews, an 18-year-old Black male.
