A 17-year-old has been arrested for the 2/22/25 murder of Noah Thornhill, 19, in a majority Black Cincinnati neighborhood.
Police classified the suspect’s name, despite being a career criminal with four active warrants. Suspect had gunshot wound of unknown origin.
