Milwaukee police are censoring the name of a female murder suspect. This time, Andrew Stock, 37, was murdered near the MKE REC Metcalfe Playfield at 9:30 AM in an 89% Black census tract.
Police say they arrested a 26-year-old female but refused to release her name.
