Gad Black, 41, now charged with 1st degree murder and hate crime enhancement for “targeted hit” on motorcycle cop using his pickup truck as a weapon.
Caleb Eisworth, died on August 10th from his injuries. Defense lawyers are playing the mental incompetence card.
