Miller is only being held on charges that he doctored up the crime scene to create a false narrative and then destroyed evidence. More arrests could come.
Four people shot. One White male, one Black male, two females of unknown race. Police original said it was gang related, but now police say Miller placed guns into the hands of the victims after they were shot.
