Lululemon fired two White female employees at a metro Atlanta store after three Black males brazenly looted the store during regular business hours.
The women say that Lululemon tells employees not to call the police. However, after being robbed like this multiple times, they finally called the cops.
Three suspects were arrested and charged with robbery. The employees lost their jobs.
Lululemon initially told NBC News that the women “violated a policy” but would not say which policy. Lululemon now alleges they were fired for “physically engaging” with the thieves. The entire incident is on video, and the women never physically engaged them.
