February 8, 2025 – Emily Alvarez, 20, Charlotte, North Carolina – Black on Latino – Armed robbery

THIRTEEN year-old street thug Jabari Walker murdered Emily Alvarez, 20, back in 2025. He was given a 16-20 year plea deal last April.

Walker had previously committed burglary and auto theft, but went unpunished.
