  October 2, 2024 – Thomas P Isitt III, 44, Kankakee, Illinois – Black on White – Renter 

Victim let a homeless couple stay on his property for $300 per month rent. Mays allegedly murdered him instead of paying the second month’s rent. His White girlfriend has been charged as an accomplice.
