Philly tow truck driver is suspected SERIAL KILLER who targeted other tow truck drivers.

Najee Williams, 27, is the suspect in three murders and one non-fatal shooting spanning Nov, 25 to Jan, 26.

Najee was on parole while all the murders took place.
