Victim:

Leland “Lee” Arnett, 8

May 13, 2026 – Leland “Lee” Arnett, 8, De Soto, Illinois – Black on White – Boyfriend/ex of a relative/friend

Marcus Moultrie, 36, allegedly beat Leland “Lee” Arnett, 8, to death in De Soto, IL with a baseball bat.

Moultrie was his mother’s new boyfriend. Cops found Lee and his mom with severe injuries.

Both were airlifted to a hospital, but he Lee died of his injuries on May 17th.

Suspect:

Marcus Moultrie, 36
