March 28, 2026 – Randall Waters, 62, Washington County, Georgia – Black on White – Felony vehicular killing

Georgia State Patrol also arrested Isaiah Kelik Tarver, 22, for harboring a fugitive.

Yorker allegedly hit and a killed a pedestrian name Randall Waters, 62, in Washington County, GA and went on the run.

Derrion Daquan Yorker, 22
