Shock as Lamont Williams, 22, given 8-12.5 years for gruesome “2nd degree intentional murder” of Alexif Loeza Galvan, 21, during cannabis sale ambush/robbery.
Williams dragged Loeza w/ his car, then drove over his head one year ago today.
