Rural Ohio town in shock over so-called “road rage” murder.
Police have arrested Semaj Mack, 25, and Damian Debose, 29, for the murder of Luke Hollifield, 47, in New Carlisle, OH.
Both perps are listed as “Black” by the county jail. Damian Debose looks dramatically darker on candid Facebook pictures than any of his mugshots.
