ONE YEAR after bloodbath, DHS worker who fundraised as an alleged victim, is charged with two counts of 2nd degree murder.
LAPD says habitual reckless driver, Mario Bickham, was doing 112 mph when he slaughtered LAPD Sgt. Shiou Deng & Jesus Garcia.

The perp was not the father of the five-year-old, so I include the little one as a black-on-white homicide, based on his appearance
