July 6, 2026 – Brittany Napp, 32, Wayne County. Mississippi – Black on White – Hate Crime

Phillip Hayes, 28, confesses to brutal hate crime murder in Wayne County, MS.

Boaters discovered Brittany Napp, 32, dead in the Chickasawhay River on July 6th.

The two had never met before. He says he picked her up on the side of the road before killing her.
