Rachell Summers butchered during unprovoked hate crime attack inside Capitola Mall in Capitola, CA.

Police say habitual violent criminal Tyler Leibelt, 19, who was walking free on a tiny bond, stabbed her to death to fulfill his “fantasy” of killing someone.
