“Homeless man” arrested for murdering Sean Pendergrast, 49, near a park in Springfield, MA.

Suspect is Elijah Salaam, 29. Cops say Pendergrast called the cops on Salaam, but when they arrived his body was riddled with bullets.

Census tract is 3% Black!
