Habitual criminal Garry Lackey Jr., who had at least 71 previous charges, gets 9.58 year minor wrist-slap for slaughtering Dawson Oliver, 22, In Salisbury, NC.

Lackey was drunk driving while on pretrial release in February of 2025.

He already had a conviction for a hit and run in 2021!
