March 7, 2026 – Janea Osier, 19, Davenport. Iowa – Black on White – Boyfriend/ex

Janea Osier, 19, found shot to death outside a pool hall in Burlington, IA.

Kaysean Rice, 22, charged with 2nd degree murder. Police say he was in violation of a “no contact” order at the time of the shooting.
