August 8, 2025 – Kiersten Renee Moore, 32, Portsmouth. Virginia – Black on White – Hate Crime

Suspect allegedly murdered her for telling him to turn his music down. Then crashed his car fleeing from the cops. As police closed in, he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Suspect is listed as Black in data from the Portsmouth police department on August homicides.
