December 9, 2024 – Cierra Marshelle Pennington, 17, Kansas City. Missouri – Black on White – Crime Spree

Cierra Marshelle Pennington was murdered alongside a Black male. Police say there are three perps, but have only identified Ater so far. They believe that the shooting was motivated to eliminate the male victim as a witness to a previous murder.
