A CVS in Columbia Heights reports that teenage thugs loot the store on their way to school and then again on their way home.
The CVS is down the street from the Columbia Heights Education Campus, a High School that is 64% Hispanic and 32% Black. All students receive a free breakfast and lunch at taxpayer expense, regardless of family income.
Illegal sidewalk vendors are selling merchandise across the street that is probably all stolen. DC Police do not even clear out the illegal vendors.
