Major media has previously reported that Delta Airlines employees have been instructed not to say “Ladies & Gentlemen” in the new Delta Inclusive Language Guide.
We have also discovered that the guide explicitly instructs Delta Airlines employees to insult White people when they mention race in writing. It tells them to capitalize Black and Brown but then snub Whites by using lower-case.
Delta Inclusive Language Guide is under the control of Keyra Lynn Johnson, Delta’s Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and social Impact Officer.
