Biden Admin sues SpaceX for not hiring “asylum seekers”

Not Satire

The Biden Administration has filed a “civil rights” lawsuit against SpaceX for allegedly only hiring one person who was not a citizen or lawful permanent resident between 2018 and 2022. The suit claims SpaceX falsely cited “export control laws” as a reason to exclude immigrants who were not legal permanent residents.

The lawsuit says SpaceX discriminated against “asylum seekers” and “refugees.” While the terms “asylum seeker” and “refugee” can have specific legal definitions, critics say the terms are used for propaganda, and most of them are economic migrants seeking a more comfortable lifestyle.

The woman in charge of the lawsuit is Kristen Clarke, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice. Clarke has previously promoted racial hatred of White people and claims that melanin makes Black people “mentally, physically, and spiritually superior” to Whites.
