Two suspects, ages 14 and 15, were released from custody within two days of an alleged murderous rampage in Nashville, TN. The identities of the suspects is classified, putting the public at even greater risk.
The unnamed “teens,” allegedly carjacked Quaneishia Wiggins at gunpoint. Later they opened fire at her and her boyfriend, before wrecking her stolen SUV into another car.
