Cynthia Hall was driving to work near Nashville, TN when a Black male began shooting at her and driving to force her off the road. The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as Randall Rochell, 50. They found his vehicle, which contained spent 22 and 9 mm cartridges. Rochell is still at large.
The did not disclose Rochell’s past criminal history other than to say he was driving with a suspended license.
