Washington Post exposes left-wing activist as a fraud who lied about Gen. Robert E. Lee being his great uncle.

Washington Post actually does a real FactCheck

The far-left activist known as Reverend Robert “Rob” Lee IV is so cringe that even the Washington Post decided to expose him as a fraud. They did a fact-check on his claim that he is a descendant of Confederate General Robert E Lee. Rob Lee has been making this false claim for several years now.

The Washington Post enlisted the aid of Civil War chronicler and Los Angeles trial lawyer Joseph Ryan to exposed the fraud committed by Rob Lee.

Bob Lee has been promoting himself for years as a great-nephew of General Robert E Lee while supporting the dismantling of Confederate Monuments. He is currently suing Iredell County, NC to have a statue of Gen. Robert E Lee removed. His lawsuit states “Plaintiff Reverend Robert Wright Lee IV (“Lee”) is a white resident of Iredell County. Lee is the fourth great-nephew of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.”

Bob Lee falsely claims that he should dictate the fate of a statue as the descendant of the man the statue depicts. According to the Washington Post fact check, this means he is committing perjury. If you lie about a matter that is material to your case, in a sworn statement, you can be charged with the crime of perjury.

The Governor of Virginia, Ralph “Blackface” Northam has even promoted Bob Lee and claimed he was a descendent of the General. So has MTV, The View, and left-wing US Representative Deb Haaland.
