Ten teens shot after breaking into office building to throw a party

On June 18th, ten people were shot in downtown St. Louis. They were part of a group of Black teenagers who broke into an office building and threw a party.

The gunshot victims, six females, and four males, range in age from 15 to 19. Makao Moore, 17, was killed. An eleventh person, a female, suffered a severe spinal injury from being trampled.

Afterward, the office building was full of broken glass, liquor bottles, cigar wrappers, gauze, and bloodstains.

St. Louis police have released photos of four Black males they are searching for. The party was allegedly advertised on Instagram for a week.
