Quan Flowers, 39, has been charged with the brutal abduction and murder of Megan Star Rouse, 24, in Houston. She had been beaten, shot, and dumped on a secluded road.
He has also been named “a person of interest” in the abduction of Kalie Goodwin last April. After Goodwin disappeared, two men called the victim’s mother on her cell phone. They demanded $600 while Goodwin was being beaten and could be heard screaming. She has never been found.
He is also being accused of an attempted rape by another woman.
