Two street thugs charged with murdering William Carper-Stephenson, 60, in Flint, MI, last month.
Police believe that the victim encountered a troop of thugs breaking into his car and they shot and stabbed him to death.
Harold Merritt Jones III, 18, and Zamarion Williams, 17, both charged with first degree murder.
The mugshot for Williams is classified because he is 17.
