Three suspects have now been named in the murder of a man found shot to death inside a burning car near Tifton, GA.
GBI says Robert Louis Brown, 41, Aiyah Foster, 25, and Derrick Lamar Britt Jr., 33, killed Josh Gillis, 36, in a targeted attack.
Britt is on the run.
