Police say Ethiopian Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu slaughtered the staff of Daven Park Apartments when they said he couldn’t cancel a $65 monthly parking garage contract.
The official criminal complaint says the attack was racially motivated. Binessu blamed White people for his problems and claimed he was persecuted for being Black and an immigrant.
