Five young White people are dead, and forty-four other people are hospitalized, because the state of New York gave a CDL to Chinaman Jing Dong, who reportedly speaks no English and habitually speeds.
Investigators say he was speeding and driving recklessness in a construction zone. Then slammed into cars while never even attempting to brake.
He was charged with going 72 in a 50 mph last March.
