2nd generation Haitian Kersten Francilus, 25, arrested for gruesome unprovoked hate crime stabbing murder of unnamed 70 year-old woman in Stuart, FL.
Police say he stabbed her 16 times and then described his victim as looking “Jewish” while being arrested.
